Our story
Why Forshaw Tech exists
Forshaw Tech was established in 2022 and opened its doors in 2023
with a clear purpose. We wanted to create a knowledgeable technology
company that people could genuinely trust.
Technology should make life and work easier. Yet technical
terminology, conflicting advice and overcomplicated systems often
leave customers unsure about what they actually need.
We listen, understand how the technology will be used and recommend
solutions based on the customer, property and genuine requirements.
Complex decisions are translated into clear, everyday explanations.
Technology should feel useful and approachable, not intimidating.
Our experience
Experience without the jargon
Our background includes Apple technical support, IT support and
network infrastructure. This experience allows us to work
confidently across Apple, Windows and mixed technology environments.
Apple devices are not treated as an inconvenience or exception.
Customers are encouraged to use the devices and platforms that suit
them best, supported as part of the wider technology environment.
In house delivery
One team, from cabling to configuration
Our in house team completes both the physical installation and
technical configuration.
This includes structured cabling, drilling, containment,
termination, equipment installation and network rack building,
alongside configuration, troubleshooting and remote management.
Customers are not passed between separate cabling contractors,
installers and support providers. The same team understands the
complete journey from the first cable to the final configuration.
This creates clearer accountability, smoother delivery and a system
that has been considered as a whole.
